I need help! I am searching for a plastic pom pom which will make 4 inch Kitty heads, The one which was shown to me was a Boyle, but I have not located

Now I don't know where to buy one of these, but I have a solution. It is quite easy to make your own pom pom maker using cardboard. I did a search on the internet and found several websites giving information for making pompoms. Due to copywrite issues I can't just cut and paste the info here, but I can give the link.
