India Ribbon Belt

Materials:
Lana Grossa's India 1 ball
Size 13 needles
12 Not So Plain Jane Beads

Cast on 7 stitches

K1,P1 repeat for all rows until your belt reaches the length you want.
Remember to allow for the length of your fringe.

There are three fringes on each end of the belt made up of one strand
of yarn 12 inches long folded in half.

Slide two beads over each fringe and tie a knot to hold in place.

Trim the ends evenly.

Notes: This ribbon snags very easily. It's a good idea to make sure that
your fingernails are filed while knitting with it. The fringes may fray at the ends as well.
Although I didn't treat the edges of this belt a dab of clear fingernail polish may stop
them from fraying.
