The purses are made with Cascade 220, which feels wonderful while you are knitting it and felts up beautifully. I am in the process of finishing my second clog to felt using Lambs Pride worsted, which also f elts wonderfully and has mohair in it adding fluff to the appearance. Doubled and felted, it makes a very dense fabric. I am making a few red and purple purses like the red and black one (as soon as I get through a few things on the needles, LOL) to sell at our local crafts cooperative, where they have a Red Hat Society table going. We get a lot of tourists through our area late spring through fall, so I am also whipping up fun fur trimmed flip flops for the Red Hat ladies. You can find the pattern for these purses in Pursenalities: 20 Great Knitted and Felted Bags.
